How does delivery work?

✔︎ You have placed an order, you know your order is on its way, what now?

✔︎ We use PostNL, DPD, and DHL for our deliveries, and offer free shipping for orders over €50,- within Europe. You can expect your package within 1-2 business days from the moment it leaves our warehouse. Shipping costs for orders under €50,- are €4.95.

When we ship your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Our courier will also send you a follow-up email stating that your order delivery is on its way. Don’t worry if there are no updates within the first 24 hours. The system can sometimes take a day to update.

Does your order consist of multiple products? Please note that packages are sent separately. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that packages will stay together during transport.
